In addition to your KODAK Digitizing Box, you receive our state-of-the-art service. We communicate every step of the way. Once your order is received in our facility, we will send an email notification immediately to let you know it has been received. As your order moves through our plant, we will send you emails every step of the way, keeping you updated at every turn.
After the digitization process is complete, we will ship your completed KODAK Digitizing Box. In it you will find your original tapes, reels, and photos, along with your new thumb drives or DVDs/CDs. If you purchased digital download through Google Drive, we'll send you an email with a link to digital files.
